Implementation details:
- add a standalone punctuation/truecase text node for raw ASR transcripts
- create a separate auxiliary-model YAML source of truth and docs generator
- register punctuation helper models outside the engine registry
- add lazy local download/runtime support for punctuators-backed ONNX models
- document auxiliary model sources and layouts for future helper-model expansion
