Improve changelog categorization with whole-word matching
Prevent false matches from partial word detection:
- 'add' no longer matches inside 'advanced', 'ladder', 'padding'
- 'fix' no longer matches inside 'prefix', 'fixture'
- 'change' no longer matches inside 'exchange', 'interchange'
Uses regex word boundaries (\b) to match complete words only.
Applied to both simple mode and multiline categorization logic.
Examples:
- 'Fix advanced RAS parameters' → Fixed ✅ (not Added)
- 'Add RAS padding support' → Added ✅ (not Fixed)
- 'Update exchange rates' → Changed ✅ (not Added)
