diodiogod 5d52df2329 Fix VoiceFixer downloader progress calculation and cleanup ...

- Simplify progress calculation to avoid overflow errors
- Remove temp files on retry to start fresh on failed downloads
- Verify download completion before moving to final location
- Increase timeout to 60s for large files
- Write in binary mode from start (no append mode)
