README now leads with the Settings panel (write-only key, confirmed URL change,
url_shadowed / key_outside_panel / IMMICH_ALLOWED_ORIGINS), Manager and
comfy-cli installs, a no-model example workflow, tests and the manual release
flow. SECURITY.md routes reports through private vulnerability reporting.
