Remove ZImageLoRAMerger, ZImageLoRAStackApply, ZImageLoRAMergeToSingle,
and ZImageLoRATrueMerge (as a registered node). Only LoRAStack and
LoRAOptimizer remain. ZImageLoRATrueMerge becomes _LoRAMergeBase
(internal base class). Rename file, update all references, rewrite README.
