EthanfelandClaude Opus 4.8 8ecc226c51 fix(auto-strength): explicit floor bounds reduction on aligned stacks too
User report: auto_strength_floor=1.0 in LoRA Merge Settings didn't force
full strength — the auto value applied anyway — while 0.85 worked on
another stack. Cause: the floor (INCLUDING an explicitly set one) only
applied inside the orthogonality gate (abs(avg_cos) <= alignment
threshold). On aligned/opposing stacks every floor was silently ignored,
contradicting the widget tooltip ("how much the weakest LoRA is allowed
to be scaled down").

Explicit floors (>= 0) now bound the scale regardless of stack alignment;
the -1 defaults keep the gate — they are orthogonality-noise heuristics,
and aligned stacks genuinely need the energy reduction unless the user
overrides it. Reasoning output distinguishes "user floor" from the
default orthogonal floors.

ALGO 1.10.1 -> 1.10.2 (auto-strength changes for aligned stacks with an
explicit floor are ranking-relevant).
Tests: 272 passed (3 new: explicit floor on aligned/orthogonal stacks,
defaults still gated).
