feat: add advanced Discord integration with compression and fallback

- Implement intelligent fallback mechanism for failed batch sends
- Add automatic WebP compression with configurable quality
- Preserve workflow metadata when compressing images
- Update dependencies to latest secure versions
- Add GitHub workflow for automated publishing
- Improve error handling and logging
- Add passthrough image support for node chaining
