Gmorks 7d5f041877 feat: add dynamic multi-monitor fullscreen support 
- Add `start_fullscreen` setting to control fullscreen on startup
- Implement cross-platform monitor detection using ctypes (Windows) with fallbacks
- Ensure fullscreen correctly expands to the monitor where the window is located
- Add F11 key and toolbar button for toggling fullscreen
- Maintain window state when moving between monitors in fullscreen mode

Gmorks 034ce34e22 feat(settings): add global monitor selection via settings dialog 
- Move monitor selection from node dropdown to global settings file
- Add monitor selection UI to settings dialog with live window repositioning
- Keep Tkinter window persistent to reduce threading errors
- Update documentation to reflect new configuration approach
