Upgrades the CI pin to ruff 0.16.5 and selects rules explicitly, so lint
results follow this repo's config rather than whichever release CI installs.
Two rule families are deliberately excluded, documented in pyproject:
- FA: would add `from __future__ import annotations`, making every
annotation a string at runtime. ComfyUI's V3 schema machinery cannot
be exercised locally, so the rewrite is not worth the risk.
- N: ComfyUI dictates both the method names (INPUT_TYPES, VALIDATE_INPUTS)
and the node-pack directory name, so those findings are unactionable.
RUF001/RUF003 are ignored because node display names use the spiral emoji.
Applies the remaining findings: PEP 585 builtins, ClassVar on the mock
sampler shims, and two trivial rewrites. The f-string and encode changes
are byte-identical, so _fingerprint_inputs hashes are unaffected.
Sorting __all__ broke a test asserting its exact order; since that order
carries no meaning, the assertion now compares membership.
