SolitaryThinker fba50356b1 [infra]: skip the FA4 cute overlay in the GB10 image

FA4 cute supports SM 9/10/11 only, and the pinned revision forces
nvidia-cutlass-dsl==4.6.0.dev0 over the 4.8.x that flashinfer 0.7.2
needs, so import flashinfer fails in the image. GB10 FP4 attention runs
on fastvideo-kernel. Add INSTALL_FA4_CUTE (default 1), set it to 0 for
the CUDA 13 arm64 leg, still remove the wheel's stale cute files, and
check that flashinfer imports when the overlay is skipped.

FastVideo documentation

Canonical guides live in this directory. The Blume application in docs-site builds and publishes them at haoailab.com/FastVideo.

See Documenting FastVideo for local setup, source ownership, page structure, validation, and deployment. The existing GitHub Pages workflow publishes Blume from main with the same domain and base path. MkDocs is no longer part of the build.

Cookbook sources

Recipe metadata, shared JavaScript, and tests remain under docs/. From the repository root:

The combined browser bundle, notices, index and catalogs are generated together under assets/cookbook-config/. Do not hand-edit or commit those outputs. The site preparation builds and copies them into Blume's public assets. See the recipe authoring guide and configuration API contract before changing the schema.
