Herman Kwan f55ae4bd81 feat(core): add 10-minute safety deadlock fallback for infinite timers ...

- Implement a 10-minute silent watchdog that queries `/prompt` to verify if the backend is truly idle (`executing == null`)
- Prevent infinite timer loops caused by third-party custom node deadlocks (e.g., Sequential Loader ghost states)
- Ensure legitimate long-running tasks are not prematurely terminated
- Update README to v0.2.1 with Hero GIF, safety fallback documentation, and v0.2.1 changelog
