- Add global UI synchronization for multiple timer nodes (macro-time benchmarking)
- Implement neon glow effect for 7-segment LED digits and status text
- Fix cursor conflict when resizing the node from corners
- Bump version to 0.2.2 in pyproject.toml and __init__.py
- Update README with new features and v0.2.2 changelog
