Gavroche adcedc8054 CRITICAL FIX: Remove duplicate methods causing VAE decode hang
🐛 Fixed VAE decode hanging issue:

Root Cause:
- Duplicate _prefetch_memory methods causing conflicts
- Duplicate _optimize_tensor_layout methods causing conflicts
- Method signature mismatches

Fixes Applied:
- Removed duplicate _prefetch_memory method (line 402)
- Removed duplicate _optimize_tensor_layout method (line 375)
- Fixed method signature for _optimize_tensor_layout to accept target_device parameter
- Kept only the working versions of these methods

This should resolve the VAE decode hanging after Phase 2 optimizations are applied.
