ComfyUI marks .js/.css as no-store but not HTML, so browsers could reuse an old cached
index.html with the new app.js; init aborted on a missing element and the provider list
stayed empty ('Unknown provider', no Settings panel).
- Cache-Control: no-cache on the panel's HTML/JS/CSS
- iframe opened with a unique ?t= URL so an already-cached old HTML is never reused
- app.js no longer aborts init if an element is missing; empty provider -> huggingface
