commits. Add in-node help pages for each Draggen node.

* Pin the registry publish job to comfy-cli 1.22.0.
Replace Comfy-Org/publish-node-action, which installs an unpinned
comfy-cli, with checkout, setup-python, and a hash-locked requirements
file. The registry token is passed through the environment.
