The node documentation index promised a page for every registered node, but the two Concept Slider nodes had none. Add their reference pages (inputs, outputs, dial band, study reuse) in the same house format as the V9/V10 node pages, and list them in the node index and the docs landing page. Documentation only - docs/ is excluded from registry packages, so the installed package is unchanged.
