feat: add Windows x64 support and pass -env EXR to agnirt
- Add bin/win-x64 binaries for Windows x64 platform
- Move shared assets (sunny_rose_garden_4k.exr) to project root assets/
- Pass -env ../../assets/sunny_rose_garden_4k.exr to agnirt for environment lighting
- Update README with Windows support, ComfyUI Manager install instructions
- Update pyproject.toml description to reflect cross-platform support
- Remove vulkan-tools from comfy-env.toml (only libvulkan1 needed)
