Own-code TIES/DARE/DELLA/breadcrumbs/task_arithmetic/linear on full
LoRA deltas (drops mergekit for the GTA family), fixing the normalize
strength-collapse caused by per-factor merging (1/N^2 squaring +
meaningless factor-space sign vote). Merged delta refactored back to a
LoRA via the existing SVD framework with energy-dynamic rank.
