Martin Rizzo 386fbb3216 feat: Add "include_none" parameter to Style and Palette widgets ...

The commit introduces a new `include_none` boolean parameter for both
the Style and Palette selection widgets. When set to `True`, it forces
"none" as the first item in the dropdown menu, allowing users to
explicitly opt-out of applying any specific style or palette.
