Martin Rizzo 80e306405a docs: Adjust screenshot for "Style & Prompt Encoder" node ...

This commit updates the image used for the "Style & Prompt Encoder" node
in the documentation. Instead of resizing the existing image, a new screenshot
was taken with the node displayed at a slightly smaller size, improving its
fit within the documentation.
