Introduced a new node to split prompts into HIGH and LOW variants based on LoRA tags using Ollama. This includes: - Implementation of the WANLoRAHighLowSplitterNode class with methods for tag extraction and classification. - Updated __init__.py to include the new node in the module. - Enhanced settings.json to allow for additional permissions. - Removed deprecated settings.local.json file. - Added unit tests to validate the functionality of the new splitter node.
