feat: update LoRA switcher to dynamic selection for improved usability

Refactored the LoRA switcher functionality in the README and __init__.py files. The new dynamic LoRA switcher allows for API-driven selection with customizable strengths, simplifying user workflows. Removed old static switcher references to streamline the codebase and enhance maintainability.
