Rinne414 0b1be774f6 fix: long-prompt base_anchored Adapter mixing (port upstream PR #14, v27.7.1) ...

Split a mixed CFG batch into positive and negative groups when the aligned
canvas exceeds the batched base length, pass negative-only calls through,
skip the Q-only Anchor for the negative group, and make anchor context
signatures split-aware. Credit: Mon-Landis (An1X3R/Anima-Artist-Mixer#14).
