Fix Docker path detection for ComfyUI root directory (#3) - Add support for COMFYUI_ROOT environment variable to allow Docker users to override the automatic ComfyUI root detection. Also adds common Docker paths (/basedir, /opt/ComfyUI, /workspace) to the automatic detection. Fixes #3
