- Introduce a new API endpoint `/swissarmyknife/restart` to handle server restarts. - Modify `__init__.py` to register the new restart API routes. - Update `swiss-army-knife.js` to include a restart button in the topbar menu with a confirmation dialog and toast notifications. - Create a new CSS file for styling the restart button to enhance user experience. - Implement error handling for the restart process to inform users of any issues.
