scofano 3cc287ddc7 feat: implement true font name resolution and JSON caching 
- Extract internal Font Family Name using fontTools to fix Arial fallback issue.
- Implement JSON caching for system font mapping to improve startup performance.
- Update requirements.txt with fonttools dependency.
- Update README.md with new font resolution features.
- Update .gitignore to exclude font_cache.json.
