scofano dc9cf8639b refactor: reorganize scripts into subfolder and update imports
- Moved all script modules into a new `scripts/` folder
- Updated import statements in `__init__.py` to reference the new folder
- Updated README installation instructions to reflect the new structure for better codebase organization
