Lei Fengxiang 3cf2b1cc26 Add LTX-2.3 image/video example workflows ...

Add example_workflows for LTX-2.3: ltx2_3_i2v.json/.jpg and ltx2_3_t2v.json/.jpg. The JSON workflows include preconfigured ComfyUI subgraphs (Image→Video and Text→Video) referencing LTX-2.3 checkpoints, distilled LoRAs and latent upscalers, plus save/load nodes and guidance settings. Also update pyproject.toml for related metadata/dependency adjustments.
