Prompt Mode improvements:
- "Image Only (ignore prompt)" - pure image analysis
- "Prompt Guides Analysis" - user prompt influences analysis
- "Prompt First, Image Fills Gaps" - prompt is primary
- "Prompt Dominates" - minimal image reference
Persistent Disk Caching:
- Cache stored in cache/prompts/ directory (gitignored)
- Two-tier caching: memory (50 entries) + disk (500 entries)
- Automatic cleanup of oldest entries when over limit
- Cache versioning for safe invalidation
- Cache stats shown in debug log
Debug log now shows:
- "[CACHE HIT] - Loaded from persistent disk cache" when using cached result
- "[CACHED] Result saved to persistent disk cache" when caching new result
- Cache entry count and size in MB
