Select models\n* Point the brown Load Model nodes at the checkpoint and loras on your system. This workflow expects to run with full LTX-2.3 dev models and distilled lora.\n\n## 3. Load your video\n\n## 4. Run *just the VACE Outpaint Prep node* to populate it with your video. \nDo one of the following:\n * Click the node, then click the blue **Run** button in the icon bar that appears above it (not the Run button at the top of the ComfyUI window).\n * If you have [rgthree](https://github.com/rgthree/rgthree-comfy) installed, right click the node and select *Queue Selected Output Nodes (rgthree)*. \n\nAfter your video has loaded, you can scrub through it with the **frame** slider. This has no effect on output.\n## 5. Select output \n * Adjust the selection box to frame your desired output. Red areas will be generated by the model + lora. \n * Confirm **output resolution** matches your target.\n * Confirm *LTX (Black)* is selected for **Pad Color**.\n## 7. Prompt\nEnter a prompt describing the scene, especially what's in the outpainted area.\n\n## 8.
