ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper Attribution and Modification Notice

Copyright (C) 2026 wuwukasi (wuwukaka)

This project is licensed under GNU GPL version 3.0. This NOTICE states
additional attribution and modification-marking requirements permitted by
GPLv3 section 7(b) and section 7(c). These requirements apply when this code,
modified versions of this code, or works based on this code are distributed,
published, or otherwise made available to third parties.

1. Copyright notices must be preserved.

All copies, forks, redistributed versions, modified versions, and derivative
works that include code from ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper must keep the copyright
notices that appear in the original source files, including:

    Copyright (C) 2026 wuwukasi (wuwukaka)

The copyright notice must not be removed, hidden, renamed, rewritten as a
different author, or replaced with a vague project-level attribution.

2. README attribution is required.

Any distributed or published project that includes, copies, modifies, adapts,
or derives from ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper code must include a clear attribution
statement in its README, documentation, or equivalent top-level project
description.

The attribution must explicitly name:

- The original project: ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper
- The original author: wuwukasi (wuwukaka)
- The original repository: https://github.com/wuwukaka/ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper
- The license: GNU GPL v3.0
- Whether the included code is copied unchanged, modified, adapted, or used as
  a basis for new code

Recommended README wording:

This project includes code from ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper by wuwukasi
    (wuwukaka), originally published at:
    https://github.com/wuwukaka/ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper
The included code is licensed under GNU GPL v3.0.

If the code was changed, the README must also include a modification statement.

3. Modified versions must be marked clearly and specifically.

If any ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper code is modified, adapted, refactored,
translated, renamed, reorganized, or used as the basis for another
implementation, the modified project must include a clear modification
statement in its README, documentation, source-file headers, or another
prominent place that travels with the distributed code.

The modification statement must be specific. It must include:

- The date or date range of the modifications
- The person, organization, or project that made the modifications
- The files, modules, classes, functions, nodes, or features that were changed
- A concrete description of what was changed
- A statement that the modified version is different from the original
  ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper code

Recommended modification statement template:

Modified from ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper by wuwukasi (wuwukaka).
Modification date(s): [YYYY-MM-DD or date range].
Modified by: [name / organization / project].
Modified files or components: [list exact files, nodes, classes, or
    functions].
Summary of modifications: [describe the actual changes in detail].
This modified version is different from the original
    ComfyUI-BodyRatioMapper project.

Vague or incomplete statements are not sufficient. Examples that are not
acceptable:

- "Based on open source code."
- "Uses some GPL code."
- "Modified from another ComfyUI node."
- "Inspired by BodyRatioMapper."
- "Some code comes from the internet."

4. Do not imply endorsement.

Attribution must not state or imply that wuwukasi (wuwukaka) endorses, reviews,
supports, maintains, or is responsible for modified versions or downstream
projects unless that permission is given separately in writing.

5. Third-party code attribution remains required.

This project also acknowledges code derived from grmchn/ComfyUI-ProportionChanger
for the "pose_keypoint input" and "pose_keypoint preview" parts. Downstream
projects must not remove or obscure that upstream attribution. This NOTICE does
not transfer ownership of third-party code to wuwukasi (wuwukaka).

6. License continuity.

These notice requirements are in addition to, and must be read together with,
the GNU GPL v3.0 license text included in the LICENSE file. Nothing in this
NOTICE removes rights granted under GPLv3 or permits relicensing this code under
terms that are incompatible with GPLv3.
