# Code of Conduct

Contributors and maintainers must communicate respectfully and keep discussions focused on the project.

## Expected behavior

- Discuss code, evidence, compatibility, and trade-offs rather than personal characteristics.
- Provide reproducible technical information when reporting problems.
- Respect privacy, licenses, and security boundaries.
- Welcome contributors with different experience levels.
- Follow maintainer decisions after the rationale is documented.

## Unacceptable behavior

Personal attacks, discriminatory language, deliberate disruption, publication of private information, or knowingly harmful contributions are not accepted.

## Enforcement

Report conduct concerns to the primary maintainer listed in `MAINTAINERS.md`. The maintainer may remove content, close discussions, or restrict participation when needed. Security reports must follow `SECURITY.md`.
