Publish the producer half of the versioned MiniMax H3 Diff-Aid ↔ Spectrum contract, including exact float32 normalized-sigma runtime metadata, hard-window boundary semantics, stacked-patch ordering, import/install hardening, coordinated real-runtime validation, and the v1.0.6 registry version bump.
