Remove related imports and registrations from __init__.py 3. Update README.md to remove Binary File Uploader documentation 4. Update preliminary-design.md and detailed-design.md design descriptions 5. Update test files to remove BinaryFileUploader tests 6. Keep historical documents as change records This simplifies the node architecture by removing the upload functionality.
