refactor(ui): remove backdrop click-to-close, replace locate icon with SVG

- Remove backdrop click event listener that closed the dialog
- Change backdrop background from rgba(0,0,0,0.5) to transparent
- Hide backdrop entirely in show() method (display: none)
- Replace text-based locate icon (⌖) with SVG icon via getLocateIconHtml()
- Add CSS styling for .ml-node-chip-icon and its SVG element
