Adds a new include_brackets parameter to ColoredFormatter that controls whether square brackets wrap timestamps, root labels, and log level names in formatted log output. When True, brackets are applied; when False (the default for AzLogsLogger), brackets are omitted for cleaner output. This allows callers like AzLogsLogger to opt-in to bracket formatting independently via the constructor.
