Dariusz L fa05f04ae3 Revamp Linker UI styles and title layout
Overhauled the LinkerManagerDialog appearance and title rendering. Introduces new CSS variables (darker background, surface elevation, text-soft, refined accents), updates spacing, radii, shadows, fonts and component styles (cards, chips, badges, buttons, tabs, match rows, combo inputs and footer). Restructures card title HTML into meta/eyebrow/primary/secondary elements and improves URN resolution UX by showing a "Resolving CivitAI model..." placeholder and updating the async resolver output to use a classed link and smarter label fallback. Overall changes improve visual consistency, readability and UX for resolved/unresolved URNs.
