Alexander Brown 8afdee0416 Reload components on clear of any root graph (#3417) 
* Reload components on clear of any root graph

ComfyUI_frontend is moving to one LGraph instance per workflow tab
(Comfy-Org/ComfyUI_frontend#21571), and app.clean() clears the new graph
before any extension hook fires. The instance patch on app.graph.clear
only reaches the graph that existed at startup, so components would not
be reloaded for later workflows.

Patch clear on the graph prototype and reload components when the
cleared graph is the current root graph. This also stops a subgraph
clear from clearing the root graph, which the old wrapper did by always
calling orig_clear on app.graph.

BSAI 0cc7c8749c Rebase custom-node-list.json onto current upstream baseline (only the 14 approved BSAI entries, LF) 
Resets the catalog file to the exact upstream merge-base content plus the
14 approved BSAI plugins, so the PR diff is a clean +14-entry addition with
no CRLF churn and no unrelated entries.

BSAI ef6ac8864f Fix custom-node-list.json: LF line endings, keep only the 14 approved BSAI entries 
Addresses PR #3358 review: restore upstream LF endings (was CRLF, causing
whole-file churn) and drop AimDo-Fix / MiniMax-H3-PDD-Acc / VRAM-Unlock
(handled separately) plus FastH3 / H3-MotionFix (already on main).
