fix(library): say why an archived prompt is archived, and name variants only when it has any (#443)

The archived prompt page's notice always said "This prompt and its
negative variants are hidden", also for a saved-pair prompt with none.
It now says the prompt is archived because it is in a saved pair, and
counts its negative variants only when there are any. From the live
test of #470.
