- Fix Prompt Manager UI routing behind a ComfyUI proxy mount such as
  SwarmUI's /ComfyBackendDirect/ (#164, thanks @ghosttigerllc-bit)
- Restore runtime minimums Pillow>=8.0.0 and watchdog>=2.1.0: nothing
  requires the newer floors, and raising them forces upgrades in users'
  shared ComfyUI environment
