docs(history): drop the remaining-polish notes the concept viewer and cards closed

The viewer now takes the concept stage and toolbar, and Images cards open
the viewer, select into the panel and favorite. Only the select checkbox
(#249 D8 follow-up) and the tag button (#249 D9) stay outside #209.
