refactor: Phase 4 remove dark-only infrastructure

- Remove viewer-dark-theme class from ViewerJS init (overrides now global)
- Remove custom-scrollbar class usage (scrollbar styles now global)
- No dark: prefixes or class="dark" remain in codebase
