Vito Sansevero 7a9afea441 test(collections): wait for the restore job, not 5 s; no hard-coded saved-view id (#520)
The restore test waited 5 s for a whole restore. Under load (webkit,
merge queue of #514) the restore outlasted it and kept running into the
next tests on the worker, replacing their database. It now waits for
the restore job's event stream to end, as the backups spec does. The
route-change test used saved view 5, which a worker can have made.
