Vito Sansevero b6d765f11e fix(viewer): title a linked card at once instead of waiting for its inspection ...

On a slow runner the viewer showed only the filename until the inspection
answered, while the concept titles it immediately. The card's linked
title is already loaded, so the header uses it on open.

The favorite test now waits for the first request to settle before the
Space press, which the one-request-per-file guard otherwise ignores.
