removed readme part due to different version of the node

Loading the workflow the node got strange values, I updated the readme, then remembered I updated the local version of the node, leading to mismatching values

### Known Bugs
If the `Encode WanVideo` node shows `noise_aug_strenght` 272 and `latent_strength` 272, change the values, by default they are 0 and 1.
