Add DESCRIPTION class attributes to all node classes for UI documentation. Add OUTPUT_TOOLTIPS to describe output values and 'tooltip' keys to input parameters for better user guidance in the ComfyUI interface. Also standardize formatting and remove unnecessary docstrings.
