Add comfy-test config

no workflows/ yet -- there is nothing for the execution level to run.

Fix: Handle 3x4 extrinsics matrix from DA3
DA3 outputs 3x4 (12 elements) not 4x4. Convert by adding [0,0,0,1] row.
