chore: バージョン同期とREADMEへの自動リリース解説の追加

レジストリ側の不整合（0.0.6の重複）を回避し0.0.7へバンプさせるため、現在の開発ブランチをmasterの0.0.6と手動同期し、READMEを更新

- README.md に GitHub Actions 自動リリースの説明セクションを追加
- pyproject.toml および package.json のバージョンを 0.0.6 に手動同期
