fix: resolve critical/high issues from deep review
- CRITICAL: stop forcing solver_type='midpoint' (crashed phi_* bases seeds_2/exp_heun_2_x0_sde
with ValueError; silently downgraded dpmpp_2m_sde_heun). Forward only universal eta/s_noise.
- HIGH: exclude res_multistep/res_multistep_cfg_pp (inject eta=0 -> coloring no-op).
- HIGH: add registry-wide integration test driving every sampler through build_colored_sampler
with production base_opts (catches the solver_type crash class); fix false-confidence tests
that ended sigmas at 0 (discarding all noise) + assert coloring changes output.
- remove dead noise_device input; add denoise<=0 short-circuit; eta=0 tooltip + one-time warning.
- harden _BIN_CACHE aliasing (.clone()), parametric_scaling overflow (nan_to_num),
interp_alpha sharpness=0; nested-latent batch_index + denoised repack parity with core.
- add node-layer execute() + real-loader tests; strengthen determinism/logging-level asserts.
- docs: README sampler/test counts, registry + spectral docstrings.
