masslevel 976ed1686c Added official SDXL resolutions and target bucket values 
- Includes all SDXL resolutions from the official "SDXL: Improving Latent Diffusion Models" paper

- approximated ARs (aspect ratios) where they would roughly fit

- added where the nearest simplified AR actually is

- added the AR decimals

- calculated all target bucket values (target_width / target_height) proportionally to 4096 being the long side and rounded the height values to multiples of 4 (target bucket technique based on current best practice by Stability AI)
